An experience that can be purchased outright is rarely transformative. The expeditions I architect require commitment, preparation, and the acceptance of discomfort. Difficulty is not added for spectacle, but calibrated to the individual so the outcome carries weight. If an experience cannot be failed, it cannot be earned.​
